We have an immediate opening for a Digital Producer that will create products that use digital initiatives, such as microsites, mobile applications, and digital decision tools and training resources, to improve outcomes. In support of the Center’s activities, the Digital Producer will carry out a range of visual design duties and work to develop top-notch user interfaces for various digital platforms. Creative problem-solving abilities, good design abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work well in a collaborative atmosphere are essential for success in this profession.

Qualifications:
- Maintain constant contact with the team by providing status reports that highlight potential problems and their potential resolutions as they relate to the project’s progress, finances, and timeline.
- Set project objectives and produce products in accordance with the project’s requirements and the demands of the client and the contract (on budget and on time).
- Keep an eye on and handle all finances, timelines, and changes to the project’s scope.
- Develop your product while keeping in mind the various screen sizes of users’ browsers, the capabilities of their mobile devices, and the tasks they will be performing while using your creation.
- Manage and co-ordinate the assets and resources that support the content strategy both internally and externally.
- Define digital projects of varying sizes, from the relatively simple to the really complex, and describe the timeline for each one.
- For regular site upkeep and management, try using a content management system and a digital asset management platform.
- Educate a slew of agency Producers and Associate Producers on how to handle client and interactive productions from start to finish.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of digital content that attracts a sizable audience and creates revenue for the business.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and developers to ensure that designs are implemented to the highest standard.
Skills:
- Possess superior linguistic and communicative abilities for working with stakeholders who are not computer savvy.
- Be adaptable and quick to change course as needed to deal with the unpredictable nature of projects.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage with limited supervision.
- Capable of collaborating with and guiding creative teams to help bring ideas to life.
- At least three years of professional experience in digital production, UI design, graphic design, or a related field is necessary in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
