The group will be answerable to upper management for full-fledged program updates and will carry out delivery from beginning to end for the duration of the project’s life cycle.

Qualifications:
- Provide assistance with “practice management” related data gathering, tracking and reporting.
- Makes unique improvements to the team’s service model and workflow.
- Facilitate account opening and ongoing maintenance paperwork while keeping an open channel of communication between advisors and the custodian.
- aid in the timely completion and submission of all transaction requests relating to customers.
- Assist advisers by organizing and creating meeting and marketing materials, as well as quarterly reports and other client mailings.
- conducts quarterly and yearly assessments of the performance of the business in collaboration with the Financial Advisor.
- together with senior team members, coordinates the resolution of difficult issues or concerns brought up by the customer.
- fosters relationships with new clients and participates in the resolution of issues.
- It is possible to lead client/prospect financial planning presentations in collaboration with the financial advisor by using financial planning tools to examine complex financial data.
- Proactively communicate with customers and help to create a memorable customer experience.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Addepar, eMoney, Salesforce, and Excel. Competence with software and other technological tools is necessary.
- Participant who takes suggestions well and seeks ongoing growth.
- You need at least five years of relevant work experience or education to qualify for this position.
- familiarity with company procedures and the regulations governing their implementation.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills.
