Qualifications:
- Finalize Treasury and other financial accounts in concentration bank while ensuring statutory compliance in short-term loan agreement and money market funds.
- Keep an eye on and manage the cash balances in each of the company’s local and overseas bank accounts.
- As needed, provide assistance with the issuance, renewal, or repayment of inter-company notes, as well as the payment of interest on inter-company notes, and guarantee that transactions are covered and monies are distributed between the various custody accounts.
- Examine the daily data on foreign currency balances and identify which need a hedge. Process foreign currency transactions in SAP and the foreign exchange gateway for the balance sheet hedging program and spot trades required for operational activities.. The month-end FX report is prepared and distributed.
- International banking standards and regulations must be thoroughly studied and mastered in order to authorize and start all financial transactions for the business and its affiliates, including the company’s cryptocurrency activities.
- Deposits and withdrawals from other financial institutions are handled by this application. Check your open things list every day and see if there are any solutions or strategies to get them done. Reconcile your investment accounts at the end of the month.
- Finalize the cash positions for the Treasury and other financial accounts in the concentration bank while keeping the short-term loan agreement and money market funds in line with the law.
- Gather financial and accounting data to help in fixing problems and provide basic audit support. Help banking partners and functional areas get in touch with you so you can help them with their investigations and find answers.
- Offer operational assistance for intercompany loan operations. This comprises keeping the contracts in SAP, calculating interest rates using the Bloomberg tool, and updating the contracts and monthly spreadsheet with rate and balance information. Reconcile accounts and post monthly accruals.
- Manage supplier data based on payment method, currency limits, tax classifications, and tax paperwork.

- A degree in accounting, finance, or similar related business degree (associate or bachelor’s degree) is necessary, as is experience in a sector that is comparable for a minimum of one year and up to two years. The candidate should have prior experience working in the banking or insurance industry.
