The Traffic Coordinator serves as the primary transportation liaison for all plants. In charge of resolving difficulties that cause delays in customer delivery, inbound materials, and completed goods re-supply at all factories, suppliers, and co-manufacturers.

Qualifications:
- Helps sales by assisting with the logistics of specific initiatives, such as delivered pricing and outside warehousing. To improve service levels for consumers, identify, collaborate on, and implement ongoing improvement projects.
- Attend meetings as necessary and stand in for absent team members by providing support. Execute extra tasks as necessary.
- Utilize an online, automated workflow system to evaluate and execute jobs.
- Numerous internal and external methods are used to identify and organize assets.
- Choosing and managing freight providers for inbound/outbound freight, including LTL and truckload shipments, utilizing the most effective routing is vital to guarantee that the proper level of customer service is received at the most reasonable rates.
- Identify and resolve transportation-related issues, seeking advice as needed from the sales team, customer support agents, and others.
- Notifies the appropriate Customer Logistics Analyst of probable delivery delays and offers revised delivery dates.
- Keeping an eye on commercial inventory levels and alerting price and inventory management to any changes.
- Follow-ups on carrier activities that were not completed on time to acquire updates/current status, monitoring and follow-up on adherence to pick-up appointments.
- Investigate problems that occur with the transmission or movement of broadcast or digital materials.
Skills:
- The capacity to solve problems and overcome difficulties methodically.
- 2-4 years of “”traffic/coordination”” experience in a “”retail, agency, or marketing”” job is preferred.
- Be able to build business cases, communicate internally, and present in front of a group without a problem
- Interpersonal skills that are strong and the capacity to work well with people from other areas, such as sales, production, shipping, warehousing, and customer service
- You must have the ability to prioritize activities and work successfully under time constraints.
