We’re seeking for a new Teller to help us service our current and potential customers. We’re looking for someone who excels at customer service, has past cash handling expertise, and values confidentiality.

  • Improve the company’s image by offering proactive, customer-focused service in support of the goal of exceeding customer expectations; generate new business referrals through customer engagement and the use of a customer relationship management system.
  • Take charge of account service issues that have escalated until they are resolved; make sure all customer complaints are entered into the system completely and accurately.
  • Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times, prove routinely, balance cash on hand, and double-check that transactions and negotiable items correspond to the figures in the system.
  • Use the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer rules to stay up to date on what the company does and how it does it. If there are flaws in company or regulatory compliance and operational risk controls, report them. If there are violations of regulations, report them.
  • To make sure that the Group’s compliance policy is carried out on a local level by working with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, limiting compliance risk, making sure there are enough compliance resources and training, and fostering a compliance culture.
  • To serve as a client’s first point of contact and make a positive first impression, provide pleasant and efficient customer service.
  • Adhere to established customer service rules and give a unique experience by listening to clients and providing solutions when it’s important to do so.
  • As needed, checks the balances of automated teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs).
  • Maintains Bank internal control requirements, such as the timely completion of internal and external audit points, as well as any issues reported by outside authorities.
  • Customers’ accounts are maintained, loans are accepted, safe deposit box payments are received, gift card sales are processed, checks are cashed, currency is confirmed, the cash drawer is balanced, and night deposits are made.


  • Processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner, as well as the capacity to handle big sums of money, is critical.
  • The ideal candidate will possess both a strong sense of leadership and a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities are all essential.
  • Because the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions, employment eligibility to work in the United States is essential.
  • It’s necessary to have a year of recorded customer service and/or sales experience, as well as cash handling skills.
