We are seeking for an Audit Manager to join our expanding team! The Audit Manager serves as a key point of communication between Audit and other stakeholders on all issues related to Audit and Risk assessment/mitigation. The incumbent is accountable for aiding the company in ensuring that financial, operational, and compliance procedures, as well as related controls, are adequate to satisfy the company’s objectives. The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Internal Audit associates. The incumbent works with the Vice President to keep firm management up to date on the status and results of auditing operations.

Qualifications:
- A subject matter specialist within the bank on BSA/AML and sanctions-related compliance problems.
- All regulatory, operational, and financial factors pertaining to TRID must be taken into account.
- Contribute to the monthly review of the department’s actions for the Supervisory Committee report. The Internal Auditor will submit a report to the Supervisory Committee as necessary. Keep in touch with upper-level management to provide updates on audit results. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to undertake some specialist tasks.
- Coordination and development of internal auditing processes
- Any significant findings or questions about accounting principles or financial statement presentation are immediately brought to the attention of the Senior Manager or Partner.
- You are familiar with control and auditing ideas and have worked with them previously.
- The applicant should have at least two years of experience in this industry and be able to explain why he left his previous positions.
- It takes autonomous thought to make judgements regarding engagements, such as assessing engagement risks, determining which procedures to pursue to achieve a desired level of certainty, and reviewing evidence.
- Attending company-sponsored training courses is a great way to learn more about the business and the standards for commercial lending.
- Excel, Word, Email, and Accounting Software are all necessities for this position.
Skills:
- Customers’ relationships are strengthened, and their needs are consistently met.
- Generate ledger tables and post transactions to the correct ledgers.
- Complete familiarity with the rules and regulations that affect the financial sector.
- It’s important to check in on how you and your team are doing on a frequent basis and make adjustments as needed.
- Superior ability in both oral and writing communication, as well as in the areas of coaching and counseling
