The Assistant Director will collaborate with the Executive Director to guarantee service delivery, guidance, and compliance. The Executive Director and Assistant Director will collaborate to establish, administer, and oversee the operational budget.

Qualifications:
- Reviewing plans, specifications and technical comparisons to ensure project completion is part of this role.
- You must make sure that you have solid, dependable business relationships in order to handle a client.
- Throughout the course of a project, offers administrative help to the project manager in order to boost profitability and free up their time to concentrate on generating income.
- Report to the Director on a regular basis; build effective working communication skills in order to define appropriate priorities and manage workload.
- Gathered price quotes and placed orders for the materials and equipment needed to achieve project deadlines.
- Assists in the resolution of purchase order problems and works closely with accounts payable to secure vendor setup and approval.
- As their experience grows, they’ll become more involved in design review meetings, public presentations, and client interactions.
- Accounts receivable should contain the contractual billing information and requirements necessary for fast invoicing and payment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and an optimistic outlook; execute work in a timely and effective manner without the need for reminders.
- Use Excel formulas and standardized reporting templates and tools to add to provided reports and research/write headlines with basic qualitative insights.
Skills:
- Being able to multiply, add, subtract, and divide in all units of measurement Basic statistics, the ability to interpret and understand graphs and charts, general algebra, and the ability to compute percentages, interest, profit, and loss.
- Ability to create an environment in which employees are driven to do their best to attain the common goal.
- A minimum of two to three years of relevant project management experience is preferred.
- Should be a self-starter who requires little day-to-day supervision and can work well with others.
- It is necessary to have at least two years of experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
