Full-Time Team Member Accounting Clerk – Al-Manṣūrah

- Making entries in the books of account This position necessitates the processing of invoices and payments, the filing of cash revenues and costs, the uploading of payroll data, and the preparation of regular reports.
- Complete a variety of paperwork, including checks, invoices, and other financial information. Assist senior accounting staff with their accounting duties.
- Cash and check receipts, recordkeeping, and accounting for a variety of currencies. As a part of your employment, you’ll have to answer phones, respond to emails, manage mail, and maintain file systems. On a daily basis, all cash, Check, and credit card transactions are tallied.
- This includes Excel spreadsheets and C/M and G-L postings for all deposit activities. Ensure that bills are paid and that all necessary information is requested; Provide 3rd party record-keeper with biweekly plan contribution data.
- Keep a watch out for any changes in A/P billing patterns, such as changes in the address for payment and variations in the services, freight, and fuel surcharges that may indicate a problem. Verify the vendor-specified price discrepancies on A/P invoices. The accuracy of payments against products bought, received, and invoiced should be double-checked using A/P invoices.
- Working under time limits, setting priorities, and multitasking are all strengths. It is crucial to have the capacity to work as a team.
- Assist with the writing of participant education and compliance plan communications. The job may include all Payroll Function tasks as determined by the responsible management.
- Maintain accurate records of all business dealings and input daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system. Assist the controller and executive staff by carrying out assigned accounting and clerical duties, such as publishing journal entries and reconciling transactions.
- Help with the month-end and year-end closings while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Before disbursement, evaluate monthly financial statements and look for significant deviations from the budget.
- In a workplace with frequent interruptions, keep your productivity and attention to detail high. Responds to inquiries from the general public concerning the agency’s services. Carries out a range of administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Data entry and office management experience spanning at least two years is needed (filing, copying, and scanning). This collection includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The capacity to communicate successfully with suppliers, customers, and coworkers both face-to-face and by phone or email. To succeed in this position, you must be able to adapt and change your mind.
- Provide top-notch customer support for problems relating to payment reconciliation and third-party financing to internal and external clients.
- For this role, it’s essential that you have excellent organizational and analytical skills, since you’ll be working with very sensitive and confidential information.
