Full-Time Team Lead, Customer Support – Abū Ḩulayfah
To support the company’s objective, the Customer Service Lead manages and executes existing customer service tasks and processes using new and/or established criteria. When possible, leads the implementation of Lean processes to help the department achieve its goal of exceeding our customers’ expectations. In collaboration with the Director of Customer Service, responsible for managing and maintaining department Work Instructions and process flows to provide fast and consistent replies to all customer inquiries.

- Keep up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures by attending meetings and trainings and reading all new training material.
- Follow all attendance and work schedule guidelines.
- Refunds and replacements must be processed quickly.
- Handle emails properly and resolve issues to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Comply with the rules governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
- Accurately document and process customer claims in the appropriate systems/spreadsheets.
- Use your expertise and skills to deliver accurate responses to customer queries while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls politely, promptly, and professionally.
- Extend and improve an existing knowledge database.
- Customers should file complaints with the appropriate internal or external partners.
- It should be possible to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools.
- It’s vital to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a field closely linked to these fields.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of independently moving, prioritizing, and achieving deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce-related fields and companies.
- It is necessary to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as thorough attention to detail.
