An office assistant is needed to expand our staff. In addition to aiding the property manager with administrative tasks, the office assistant is in charge of providing great customer service. The ideal candidate will focus on resident outreach and retention while paying close attention to every detail.   • Manage in a businesslike fashion the telephone interactions with both internal and external clients.
  • assembles and produces routine technical, statistical, or financial reports that call for data selection and presentation judgment (format).
  • Assist different teams with their IT questions and issues.
  • Take on any supplementary duties imposed by the Department Manager/Supervisor.
  • Keep up-to-date on the website so you can answer customers’ questions.
  • Maintain an accurate stock of office goods and equipment, and restock as required.
  • assist management directly with a variety of administrative chores.
  • Provides administrative assistance to the property management by handling tasks such as rent collection, answering phones, and mailing out correspondence.
  • Maintain a regular schedule of engagements and meetings, and prepare for complex travel itineraries, as needed.
  • Answer and route many phone lines, as well as direct callers to the right department.


  • To ensure that the written materials produced and examined are comprehensive, succinct, and well-structured, one must have a firm grasp of the English language and its use, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Capability to convey ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of contexts by drawing on and adapting a range of strategies.
  • Common software packages like Microsoft Office are utilized competently.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role required Bachelor’s degree.
  • Capability to contribute productively as a team member in a team context.
