  • Acquire an in-depth comprehension of concerns, problems, and opportunities; evaluate alternatives and create workable solutions.
  • Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendors with urgency.
  • Assist with all levels of internal and external customers, accept and screen calls, correspondence, and/or visitors, and organize for travel and meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct individual research, brainstorm ideas, and write/record your own speeches and presentation materials for use in formal and informal contexts.
  • Complete any chores or unique initiatives given to you by shop management.
  • Perform the role of the department’s representative in dealing with the public (e.g. coordinate and schedule office appointments, meetings and conferences, etc.).
  • Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain the back-of-house areas’ cleanliness and organization while making sure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Answer the needs, questions, and enquiries of the consumer in a suitable manner.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the assigned division, including ordering supplies and equipment, placing orders for supplies and equipment, organizing and maintaining division files and records, and executing intricate clerical tasks.


  • Proven ability to manage one’s own time and multitask well while maintaining focus on the most important tasks at hand.
  • Working in a retail, customer service, or sales environment while carrying out warehouse duties.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey meaning clearly while also showing empathy, allowing one to connect with others while also working together to discover answers. You have remarkable empathy, interpersonal intuition, and active listening skills; you are fluent in writing and speaking via email, chat, and the phone; and you are capable of composing communications on behalf of product specialists.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability, particularly with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Quick thinking and decisive action in everyday circumstances that will please customers.
