Qualifications:
- Quickly and skillfully handles incoming calls, addressing customer needs and problems.
- Carefully and swiftly carry out a variety of accounting procedures, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account activities.
- All new accounts should be opened, and you should help the individual use their account wisely.
- Use member engagement strategies like relationship calling, in-person conversations, and product/service referrals to confidently build long-lasting connections in the branch and the local community.
- Acquire an in-depth familiarity with credit unions and their services so you can confidently answer member inquiries and provide correct details on a wide range of accounts and other products offered by credit unions.
- To take in and deal with requests for assistance from members. Locate, probe, and resolve inconsistencies in member accounts.
- By comprehending the distinctive financial objectives of each member and developing solutions to fit each particular demand, cross-sell credit union products and services.
- Gathers documentation and assists in the completion of the Financial Assistance Program (FAU) application process.
- Provide timely, professional, helpful, educated, and courteous member service to current and potential members to ensure a pleasant member experience.
- The capacity to examine and grasp documents for various types of complicated commercial accounts to the extent necessary to meet the Bank’s criteria.
Skills:
- Ability to articulate oneself and interact effectively with clients, superiors, and coworkers orally and in writing.
- Experience with bookkeeping, budgeting, cash management, and client services for a minimum of 2 years.
- Continuous motions of the hands and wrists caused by using a computer or other workplace machinery.
- Demonstrates skill in prioritizing work and managing time effectively
