A Digital Designer’s job is to come up with innovative and on-brand ideas for digital mediums like email, websites, social media graphics, banner ads, and more. The Digital Designer will be responsible for the management, design, and scheduling of email campaigns, as well as working with the Digital Marketing and Graphic Design teams to develop engaging digital and social media campaigns, as well as the e-Commerce team and developers to guarantee that all visuals adhere to usability, accessibility, and web standards.

Qualifications:
- Possessing strong creative and organizational faculties, the ability to work well in a group, the discipline to complete projects on time and within budget, a keen eye for detail, and the versatility to handle a wide range of responsibilities and assignments are all essential.
- Provide desktop publishing and presentation support; keep up an intranet, blogs, social media sites, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, graphic design, artwork, and infographics.
- All outgoing and incoming messages should feature properly used logos and other visuals. The Marketing & Communications Manager must examine and approve all internal graphics and any aesthetic deviations before they can be used.
- Determine which methods and supplies will work best to create the desired visual effects, and then provide solutions.
- The Marketing and Communications Manager will approve all printed materials before they are sent out to be printed.
- With the help of your cross-departmental teams, you can design promotional and automated email campaigns, landing pages, banner ads, and social media images.
- Put together the branding programs and other parts of a design made by another expert according to the art director’s guidelines.
- Professional graphic designer with over four years’ experience and strong project management chops
- Able to take creative direction and iterate on ideas based on input from a wide range of team members.
- Capability to supply educational and factual information for use in print, online, and social media initiatives
Skills:
- To be considered for this position, you must be proficient in both Macintosh computers and Adobe Creative Suite (namely, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
- Extensive competence illustrating concepts by laying out rough art and copy in terms of arrangement, size, type size and style, and associated aesthetic concepts, getting concept approval by delivering a rough layout for approval, and preparing finished copy and art for production and printing.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and SAP, among other PC applications, is necessary.
- You need to have some familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- A BA in visual arts or communications is preferred. The requirement for a bachelor’s degree may be removed if the applicant has earned a Master’s degree in visual information and graphics design from an accredited program, or if they have a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least ten (10) years of recent experience in the field.
