Full-Time Sr. Graphic Designer – Itogon
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the creative principles and innovative strategies that build and protect our brand across all of our products, both new and old. This role contributes to the department’s overall efforts and strategic vision through participation in multidisciplinary cross-functional teams (consisting of strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.) and by leading and mentoring a team of design professionals (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.). It also frequently works with freelancers, agencies, and outside consultants. The Artistic Director will approach conversations about strategic priorities with confidence and humility. The ideal creative director can both defend their work and articulate the rationale behind it while remaining open to feedback and new ideas. Your success in this role will depend on how well you can articulate your vision verbally and in writing. A successful candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in fast-paced, fluid settings like group brainstorming and teamwork workshops.

- Qualifications include a Master’s degree in design, advertising, or communications and at least six years of relevant work experience, including progressively responsible work in package design.
- familiarity with packaging principles, such as layout, materials, and manufacturing costs.
- Ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop at an intermediate level and be comfortable working on a Macintosh.
