Job Description
As part of a quick-paced team, the bookkeeper will help supervise our financial data and compliance by keeping correct records of payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. The chosen applicant will competently carry out daily accounting responsibilities such general ledger entries, recording payments and adjustments, and monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Inputting data for direct bill commissions and uploading statements to a subsidiary platform
- Assisting and supporting the Controller in the management of the accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Record financial and accounting transactions in various financial information systems.
- Develop and manage accounting procedures and activities documentation, such as letters, reports and activity logs and books as well as spreadsheets and automated databases.
- Processing receivables, making sure charge entries are accurate and timely, and creating deposits fall under this responsibility.
- Ability to convey information to internal audiences and customer groups clearly and effectively.
- Offers technical support for the evaluation and creation of new systems, programs, or upgrades to current systems, programs, etc.
- Enables managers and team members to provide outcomes of a high standard in terms of performance, goal attainment, and product quality.
- Assist management in calculating the return on capital upgrades, gather support, and monitor the bidding process in order to ensure adequate property maintenance.
- Verifies and uploads information on business transactions in a corporate business sector, including money received and paid out, and conducts a comprehensive audit of relevant paperwork.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, business administration, economics, finance, business management, or comparable discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, particularly when dealing with people from technical and financial backgrounds.
- One year of experience processing financial transactions in areas including payroll, taxes, audits, and accounting.
