Full-Time Sr. Assistant Project Manager – Gusau
Job Description
As a member of our project management team, you may apply for the position of Assistant Project Manager. You’ll be in charge of numerous projects at once, from conception to completion, in this position. You will serve as the primary point of contact between your clients and the rest of your team, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
- Assist the PM in organizing and collaborating the team as well as in implementing and managing projects.
- Responsible for cultivating existing personal business ties, including client meetings on a regular basis, proposal and budget formulation, and receiving feedback with the assistance of the PM.
- Participate in performance management and effective communication to meet company, department, team, and project goals.
- Visit and inspect projects daily to ensure installation of specified materials, review installation methods against product submittals, review the construction of the projects against the intent of the drawings, and verify the flow and status of the projects against the schedule.
- Uses available reports to manage costs and prepare accurate cost projections.
- It is the assistant project manager’s responsibility to oversee and manage assigned projects in a timely, economical, and secure manner.
- Map out important goals and milestones for manufacturing projects.
- Create, update, and maintain a variety of project controls that track the status of project cost & schedule, changes to projects, shop drawings and submittal, matters involving quality controls, safety, financial performance, close-out and other aspects of the projects.
- In order to ensure that the work orders indicated in the Statement of Work are fulfilled, manage, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors (SOW). Convert the needs into operational plans after determining them.
- Provide quality control/quality assurance in accordance with company and departmental standards, as well as those of our clients and regulatory bodies.
Skills:
- A track record of team leadership and at least five years of experience.
- Expert use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Leadership and supervision talents have been demonstrated.
- An approved management course paired with a business degree or comparable relevant experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the ability to adapt to changing work environments are necessary.
