Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll work to develop scalable processes for campaign management, lead generation, CRM database maintenance, and web analytics. You’ll be in charge of external, internet acquisition marketing, including strategy, execution, and channel optimization. You’ll also be expected to collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to create and track email campaigns that generate business results across B2B and B2C customer channels. You’ll also execute complicated data analyses across paid media, CRM, and website analytics, which will be used to help stakeholders throughout the firm make strategic decisions. You’ll be handling numerous projects at the same time in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • New product launches are examined, reviewed, and reported on, as well as successful, innovative, and unsuccessful products. Analyze data, statistics, and consumer trends on a local level before putting them together in a presentation framework for marketing or sales.
  • Innova, Datassentials, Technomic, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, and Datamonitor research are used in advanced marketing analysis and data visualization (a plus)
  • Creates, provides, and maintains intuitive dashboards that democratize digital data for marketers and other business teams.
  • Analyze research/analysis data and translate findings into clear and actionable business insights for media, communication, and creative teams, as well as department leadership, informing overall marketing strategy and budgets, creative execution, and media mix.
  • Using primary and secondary research, construct a clear, effective selling story in a visually appealing digital format to support Category Marketers in developing an impacting category analysis and consumer insights.
  • Intelligence is used to generate and analyze hypotheses targeted at improving the digital experience and site performance.
  • Working collaboratively with business teams to identify the most critical business issues to be addressed in the data, develops solutions to drive consumer awareness, engagement, happiness, retention, and other business outcomes.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheets in Excel
  • Manage the technical components of important marketing technologies (marketing automation, CRM) that are utilized to generate, distribute, and track leads.
  • On a daily basis, keep an eye on and keep up with the media that you’ve been given. This could be SEO, SEM, direct mail, TV, SMS, email, and other things.

Skills:

  • Have a working knowledge of self-serve retail marketplace advertising platforms such as PLA (Google Shopping) and retargeting, as well as Google AdWords (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • The person inputting the information needs to be able to communicate effectively with others.
  • A strong business acumen and work ethic promote an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Technically knowledgeable, a good communicator, and a desire to enhance operations and boost revenue by connecting with customers online.
  • +3 years of experience using data to generate and measure content and inquiry/conversion marketing performance.
