- Plan meetings and keep the conference rooms clean.
- contributes to the accounting department by helping with activities including billing, collecting payments, disbursing funds, calculating expenditures, and reconciling accounts.
- Whenever necessary, assist management with presentations and reports.
- Collect and respond to customer inquiries about order status, pricing, and other matters via phone, email, and fax.
- Field communications, including phone calls and written correspondence (emails, mail, & packages, etc.)
- composes and distributes mail and general office notes.
- Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
- Send orders, changes, endorsement requests, and other correspondence to an office manager or underwriter.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager/Office Manager to foster a productive work atmosphere that yields excellent outcomes.
- manages the replacement and maintenance of office equipment and the acquisition of new supplies.
- Sometimes it’s vital to travel, whether it’s locally, nationally, or even internationally.
- A minimum of one year of increasingly responsibility administrative experience in a professional setting is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Superior abilities in both spoken and written expression (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment is required for this job.
- Proficient at analysis, setting priorities, working with others to solve problems, making presentations, managing finances, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
