Qualifications:
- Take part in sales team meetings to help define targets, formulate plans, and implement changes.
- Keep abreast with our product offerings, their features, and benefits, and make use of this knowledge to engage consumers.
- Send updates on hardware, industrial, and end-user programs on a monthly and weekly basis to all sales personnel.
- Communicate and manage all special pricing and programs for Industrial and Hardware Key Accounts.
- Manage and supervise the CRM program for all tradeshow and sales opportunity end-user leads.
- Maintain open lines of communication between the Hardware and Industrial Key Accounts MRF and the marketing team.
- Work with the trade show and sales managers to plan show orders for Hardware and Industrial Key accounts.
- Provide information to all regarding company sales policies and procedures.
- Manage all pre- and post-tradeshow communication for the Hardware and Industrial key account.
- Complete monthly and quarterly reports on Sales Opportunity and assess any necessary revisions.
Skills:

- Three to five years’ worth of experience working as a sales assistant is essential.
- respects others’ privacy and behaves discretely and softly while handling sensitive material.
- experience working in sales, estimating, order entry, or engineering in a manufacturing setting for at least two years.
