Full-Time Specialist – Inventory Specialist – Ikirun
Job Description
All cars in the facility will need to be tracked down and inventoried in accordance with company policies, which will fall under the purview of the inventory specialist. Utilizing tools given by the company, the Inventory Specialist will record vehicle condition in accordance with corporate standards, including a comprehensive inventory and photographs for each vehicle. The traffic in the reception area will need to be managed by the inventory specialist in order to assure timely processing of the vehicle inventory while adhering to a system of priorities.

Qualifications:
- Reports any damage or wear to the supervisor after visually inspecting and measuring the tools and equipment for faults and wear.
- Interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department managers, internal and external customers to resolve any problems with material stock inventory levels.
- A stamp, identity tag, or electric marking tool can be used to label and identify tools and equipment.
- Work with managers and other team members in a professional manner.
- Information on materials, equipment, items, or supplies that have been supplied or received is gathered in order to calculate the inventory balance, price, and cost.
- By assessing inventories, keeping track of order points, organizing and expediting orders, and receiving, organizing, and storing items, this function receives, unpacks, and stores tools, equipment, and components.
- Upkeep of pertinent documentation and files; creation of standard reports for management approval.
- Par-level manipulation, reorder points/min/max, and holding-cost reduction are all examples of cost-cutting strategies.
- Conduct material stock checks over the phone, documenting the process and providing any necessary details.
- Helps with the planning and execution of the physical inventory.
Skills:
- Finds ways to save money such as adjusting the par level, lowering the minimum and maximum order size, and minimizing the time inventory is held.
- Process calls requesting stock checks, noting results, and relaying data as necessary.
- As part of the planning and execution, physical inventories need to be conducted.
- Keeps all necessary records in order and generates routine reports for management review.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with other team members and upper management.
