Qualifications:
- Be educated about the goods and services offered by credit unions, and be able to respond to questions from members and give them accurate information on all kinds of accounts and other credit union services.
- Engage with members, both current and potential, to build a good member experience through prompt, professional, helpful, informed, and courteous member care.
- Get member service requests and deal with them. Find problems with member accounts, investigate them, and fix them.
- Help members open whatever kind of account they need and get acquainted with its features.
- Handles incoming calls with initiative, assisting customers with their requests and solving their issues.
- Carefully and swiftly carry out a variety of accounting procedures, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account activities.
- Ability to evaluate and comprehend the supporting documents required by various types of complex company accounts in order to comply with Bank requirements
- Learn each member’s individual financial goals so you may provide products and services from your credit union that will help them achieve those goals.
- By employing a range of member engagement tactics through relationship calling, in-person talks, and referrals to other business lines, you can confidently develop lasting relationships both in-branch and in the community.
- aids FAU applicants in compiling the required documentation for their application to the Financial Assistance Program.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate and communicate with customers and management and staff.

- experience in accounting, bookkeeping, cash management, and client service gained over the course of two years minimum.
