Job Description

To that end, we have an opening on our team for an Analyst. For this reason, we are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team and create and deliver products that will let us communicate with customers through their preferred channels. The ideal applicant will be fluent in the Agile software delivery lifecycle and have experience on both the technical and business sides of app development. This person will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Product Owner and the team.

  • It aids in the formulation and documentation of business requirements and/or business solutions to problems and challenges in business operations.
  • help determine the necessity for training. help instructional designers and trainers to produce training materials and detect training needs.

  • Ensures that project dependencies are well specified, documented, and communicated in terms of completion time.

  • understanding of business and management concepts related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant field required.
  • It’s important to understand how to manage money, stock, and move goods.
  • Skills in oral and written communication, detail-oriented Ness, customer service, and interpersonal relations
  • knowledge of corporate software is a plus, but familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
