Media Directors should have substantial experience in the planning, buying, executing, and subsequent evaluation of media channels that are relevant to driving the business KPIs of the client, with a heavy emphasis on paid social and performance marketing.

Qualifications:
- The success of a campaign depends on constant testing and monitoring of its distribution, traffic, and activity in order to glean insights from analytics and then make recommendations for campaign enhancements.
- Keep things running smoothly by always looking for new and better ways to do things, such as conducting A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing user behavior, forming strategic alliances, optimizing landing pages, and so on.
- lead the development of digital marketing strategies (with a concentration on sponsored social) and the management of engagement programs and campaigns that successfully attract and retain high-value customers.
- Take part in deliberations with C-suite client executives so that agency resources can be coordinated to meet client needs and help the business grow.
- Own the client relationship for agency and client management for digital media and related services.
- Maintaining Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting: Manage the annual budgeting process, as well as the monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting and reporting of traffic, revenue, spend, ROI, and other performance KPIs at the channel level.
- Lead acquisition/performance campaign strategy, planning, launch, optimization, and performance measurement across digital channels from start to finish.
- Support the success of the team by ensuring best in class standards are met and timely applied to client work.
- Present findings to the bigger acquisition team and marketing leadership; continuously analyze and improve channel performance to make sure performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Come up with new ideas and opportunities to ensure the success of client campaigns.
Skills:
- proven experience using many methods to create and develop cohesive campaigns with a sponsored social focus.
- Proven skill in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; other productivity software learning and mastery a plus.
- competence in leading in-person and telephone presentations to customers, with a particular focus on quarterly business evaluations.
- Proven ability to provide business opportunities to current and potential clients.
- possessing at least five years’ experience in the media industry and working in or for an agency as their preferred occupation.
