Job Description
The Multimedia Designer will report directly to the Senior Director housed in the Bureau of Planning, Program Integration, and Evaluation, but will work out of the Office of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Always act in a professional manner, keeping a good disposition and being open to constructive criticism. In this role, you’ll be using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to complete a wide range of graphic/digital user experience designs. Web graphics, system graphics, digital and online publications, annual reports, print brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, and interactive advertisements are all examples of common undertakings. Capability to produce designs that are both visually striking and effective in conveying their intended message with a firm grasp of typography and design principles.

Qualifications:
- Design for multiple mediums, including logos, banners, social media, advertising, brand systems, shortened and lengthened video, illustrations, and animated visuals/graphics.
- Use KeyShot or another 3D modeling program to add and animate products in 2D and 3D scenes.
- Develop and study fresh methods of data transfer that improve precision, streamline template utilization, or enhance clarity of expression without sacrificing aesthetic quality.
- Oversee the entire marketing communication process, from brainstorming to final delivery.
- Understand the project’s guiding concepts and requirements, get involved, and ask questions if you’re unclear about anything.
- Develop marketing communications materials, such as packaging, product instruction sheets, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials, in close collaboration with the Marketing division. These materials should reflect the KwikBoost brand standards.
- The creation of print files for daily orders of custom graphics; upholding a high rate of production while ensuring accuracy, quality standards, and meeting or exceeding production deadlines all necessitate close cooperation with the sales and production teams.
- Create initial designs, concept sketches, models, and prototypes using a variety of methods.
- Report on the current state of the project and make sure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Refine and create final design options based on your own evaluation and feedback from others.
Skills:
- Expertise in photography and videography are plusses, as are advanced graphic design abilities and aesthetic sensitivity.
- talents in managing numerous tasks or projects at once, even under pressure of time constraints.
- Must have current experience working within Adobe design products (Premiere / Affect Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud).
- Ability to contribute to a cohesive team in a professional setting.
