Qualifications:
- Checks are cashed, currency is confirmed, the cash drawer is balanced, and night deposits are made in addition to the servicing of accounts, loans, safe deposit box payments, sales of gift cards, and handling of cash deposits.
- As the first point of contact with a company, customer service representatives have the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on prospective buyers.
- Always keep a sufficient cash drawer on hand, proof all transactions, balance cash, and check that all recorded transactions and negotiable items add up to the correct totals.
- Always act in accordance with applicable financial regulations, including the BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, and the USA Patriot Act.
- To implement the Group’s compliance policy at the regional level by minimizing regional compliance risk in collaboration with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, and by providing sufficient compliance resources and training, promoting a culture of compliance, and maximizing interactions with regulators.
- Uphold well-established norms for customer care while delivering a one-of-a-kind encounter by anticipating customers’ needs and providing answers at crucial moments.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s offerings and applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer standards. Adhere strictly to all operational risk controls and compliance policies established by the Company and applicable regulations, and notify management of any control weaknesses, compliance violations, or operational loss experiences.
- Improve the company’s standing with patrons by giving them service that’s tailored to their specific needs and wants in an effort to go above and beyond their expectations; encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth advertising through active customer participation and the application of a CRM.
- Ensures that the bank’s internal controls are up to par, taking into account the needs of external regulators and the results of internal and external audits.
- Balances are checked on automated teller machines and teller cash dispensers/recyclers as needed.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate is a born leader with a never-ending hunger for growth and development.
- Skills in social interaction, time management, and communication are required.
- The company will not provide visa sponsorship for these roles, thus U.S. work authorization is required.
- Quick and accurate transaction processing requires excellent cash management and attention to detail.
- You need at least a year of experience working in customer service or sales, preferably in a role that involved managing money.
