Job Description
A financial consultant is now needed to expand our group. Through the use of a consultative approach to assess, inform, and meet members’ financial requirements, you will serve as a trusted financial resource for both current and potential members. You will demonstrate flexibility and thorough knowledge of all teller and platform operations’ procedures. You will look for chances to direct members toward investment, loan, mortgage, and business services as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Tax-deferred annuities, pension plans, and other investment alternatives are discussed with participants in order to help consumers protect and increase their wealth.
- Throughout the entire origination process, keep up your excellent client service.
- Handle all aspects of member service, including but not limited to: account opening and closing, loan applications, problem resolution, and upselling and cross-selling other services.
- Develops and maintains strong relationship with Institutional Plan Sponsors.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards on individual origination pipeline.
- duty of caring for members’ financial needs by providing excellent service, education, and information.
- Based on an understanding of tax and investment strategies, financial advice is provided to clients.
- achieves monthly and annual performance and output goals set by management.
- interacts with retirement plan participants to provide outstanding customer service and to fulfill their requests for transactions and services.
- stays current on processing methods, company policies, and investor/underwriter requirements.
Skills:
- Accuracy with numbers and procedures, as well as deftness with handling and weighing of bargaining chips.
- Expertise in providing first-rate service while juggling multiple priorities, handling confidential information, and solving complex problems.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any other departmental software is required.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in direct member interaction financial services and product sales is preferred. Anyone with six months’ experience as a teller can apply, too.
- Capacity to learn new things rapidly and share information effectively with coworkers and members.
