Job Description
The Maintenance Coordinator ensures our network suppliers have current credentials and licenses. The Maintenance Coordinator checks renewal dates and advises medical personnel on credential maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Work orders are analyzed and assigned to the relevant staff members so that interruptions to scheduled work may be minimized and that the most important tasks can be accomplished in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling workers, filling up production reports, having conversations with personnel about safety, and putting together other reports as required by the operating facility.
- PM turnaround and shutdowns are coordinated. Remains as the overall turnaround manager to ensure that resource-heavy schedules are produced and that unambiguous ownership of tasks is clearly defined.
- Inquires about alerts and gives a preliminary evaluation of their value (gatekeeping). If more information is required, follows up with the people who sent in the notice. Determines the level of importance and allocates changes in order to clearly explain time and responsibility for the next stages in completing maintenance work.
- Every effort is made to monitor KPIs and arrange for regular reviews of maintenance performance metrics in order to ensure that goals are met. A post-turnaround/shutdown review session is held.
- Set the course for timely completion of maintenance backlog by initiating and monitoring alterations in procedure. When a work order is canceled, it is removed from the database. Collaborates with capital and engineering teams to manage the backlog of projects.
- Maintains good working relationships with both the operations and maintenance divisions in order to design the weekly maintenance schedule and the daily plan that will be used to carry it out.
- Ensures optimal use of maintenance resources, especially shift maintenance employees, by matching “ready work” with lesser emergency work demands throughout shifts.
- Consistently communicates and completes the necessary equipment preparation tasks to enable effective maintenance operations.
- Follow, refine, and design new preventive and regular maintenance and operation plans with the help of your technical expertise and the equipment documentation, safety procedures, and schedules.
Skills:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this post; a bachelor’s degree is desirable, or years of similar recorded experience in heavy industrial operations management leadership are also acceptable qualifications.
- 1+ years of experience at a call center, Excellent customer service and listening abilities, Capable of multitasking and working effectively under duress, Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
- FRA, TTB, FSMA, and state and federal rules must all be well understood by all parties involved in the food supply chain. Lifting and/or moving up to 60 lbs. is required of the employee
- an understanding of how to plan and schedule maintenance and make estimates, The skill of reading and understanding engineering drawings, equipment drawings, and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Both verbal and textual communication may be used to communicate specialized information successfully.
- 7+ years as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, Handyman Contractor, or Building Supervisor. Above-average HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, and electrical building skills.
