The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, all with one goal in mind: providing our customers with exceptional value and game-changing outcomes. This position works closely with members of the Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams on a daily basis, and also manages the scope and delivery of services provided by external vendors. All software and research solutions related to virtual content will be delivered on time and under budget thanks to this person’s ability to provide structure and organization throughout a project’s life cycle.

- compiles, maintains, and tracks a collection of marketing materials.
- Ensure the best quality of deliveries by managing all client and CS team sign-off points.
- Deliver progress reports to the Customer Service Manager or Associate every week, highlighting key achievements and highlighting any risks or problems that could affect the success of the campaign.
- Actively take part in client conference calls, ensuring the following steps are documented and relayed in advance and during the call.
- Monitor campaign performance against client KPIs to verify goals are fulfilled; recommend campaign optimization possibilities as needed.
- Closely coordinate campaign needs both inside CS and across Ad Ops, Creative, and Sales to ensure that scope, schedules, and protocols are fulfilled for delivery.
- Regularly provide the Manager/Associate, CS with campaign performance indicators to fulfill CIQ reporting needs.
- It’s possible to work with the neighborhood centralized marketing organization to arrange and place advertisements.
- Assist in developing detailed schedules that foresee dependencies and asset/resource needs from Statements of Work and kick-off notes.
- Handle all aspects of client communication, planning, and execution on a daily basis for a select group of high-profile customers.
- Manage digital initiatives including social media, editorial, and video production, with a track record of success spanning at least a year.
- Detail-oriented, with an obsession with tracking and communicating progress.
- skills in developing and overseeing creative production calendars and assets for media, technology, and social initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience required for education.
- Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Asana user with experience presenting ideas and captivating narratives.
