Full-Time Second Shift Project Specialist – Bulacan Province
Job Description
Working together with our Project Management team, the Project Specialist is responsible for developing detailed plans of action covering all aspects of a project from start to finish. You will be responsible for a wide range of coordinating duties, such as setting deadlines, assigning tasks, migrating information, and keeping track of project documentation and workflow. You’ll be working directly with internal teams and clients to get things done, so you’ll need to be able to keep track of multiple priorities at once and communicate well with both groups.

Qualifications:
- Lead and assist project teams that span various locations and are made up of a wide range of diverse, cross-functional people. Support the creation of a trusting, empowered, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
- Frontline, ongoing support for numerous distinct initiatives, including grant management, contract drafting, financial analysis, and governance support.
- Assist with donor communications, ensure timely submission of funding requests and reports, and keep tabs on awarded funding to ensure all terms are met.
- Assist the program manager with the program’s scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and trade-off information, as well as the related tools.
- Maintain open lines of communication across all levels of the organization, from individual project participants to upper management.
- Keep everyone on the team focused and motivated, and make sure they know they will be held responsible for their program promises by leading them through meetings and problem-solving sessions as they arise.
- Tasks range from domestic to international, simple to difficult, from platform-scale to breakthrough. Two types of projects are pre-concept/early development projects and product-related post-commercialization projects.
- Prove your technical mettle in a regulated environment for medical device design by applying your knowledge of best practices in product development, including but not limited to PMI standard project management techniques. Mentor less seasoned project managers and team members to help them succeed.
- Ensure that the quality, sterilization, packaging, R&D, and biocompatibility teams, among others, are aligned with the change control team’s outputs.
- Manage the many phases of project management, including setup and implementation.
Skills:
- Two years of experience in the field is required, or an advanced degree is required in place of experience.
- successfully led a number of initiatives from inception to commercialization, with a preference for the medical device sector.
- Possesses the ability to earn the respect and trust of upper management by consistent, reliable displays of integrity and unwavering commitment to taking responsibility.
- Excellent verbal, written, and nonverbal communication abilities; skilled active listening skills with a great knowledge of varied messaging styles; and polished ability to customize delivery to a wide range of people
- Experience with supply chains, sterilizer changes, manufacturing/supplier transfers, or post-market product release procedures will be advantageous.
