  • To ensure that payroll records are correct, keep note of changes in statuses, benefits and taxes withheld and garnished, as well as child support and other forced deductions.
  • Involved in the regular reporting as well as the general ledger and pay records financial audits Additional reports are created to help management.
  • Inquiries to workers are made if necessary, and any employee reimbursements are paid via payroll.
  • In addition to the employee’s name and identification number, the payroll contains the number of hours worked, time tracking, taxes, insurance, garnishments, and other deductions.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay changes, then enter the data into the appropriate records.
  • Payroll-related services, such as online timesheet completion and pay statements, should be made available to all workers.
  • Assist HR in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of personnel data.
  • Compile data from timesheets and other documentation about the work hours, output, and remuneration of employees.
  • Fill out new hire papers and enter their information into the payroll system.
  • Payroll information and wages are computed and entered into computer files by a payroll clerk.


  • Text and numeric data may be entered, edited, and formatted; rows and columns and their contents can be added, removed, and altered; and spreadsheets, charts, and graphs can be created, saved, and accessed.
  • Personal knowledge gained by making use of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • At least three years of experience working in a multinational business Communication and interpersonal skills that are excellent are required (verbal, written and listening)
  • Time management and the ability to speak clearly. In this role, you’ll be expected to handle complex instructions, make tiny judgements in accordance with the workplace’s rules and regulations, manage corporate records, and interact well with both inmates and employees. Assist various folks in dynamic, ever-changing settings.
  • 2+ years of increasing clerical/payroll experience required. Payroll experience is required. Clerical ability in a broad sense.
