Job Description
The Office Supervisor will manage operations and efficiently utilize office administrative employees and equipment to meet or exceed customer expectations as well as facility and corporate goals.

Qualifications:
- Utilize training and education programs to motivate employees to boost production and process quality.
- Manage supervisory responsibilities such as; hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee development.
- Ensures that all employees follow FHMG policies and procedures, particularly those related to data entry, insurance, licensing, and timekeeping.
- Ensures staff are engaged, appreciated, and motivated by communicating survey results, developing action plans, and tracking action plan progress.
- Ensure that the department’s goals are met and policies and procedures are adhered to by supervising the team.
- It is your responsibility to communicate all personnel and providers regarding rules, procedures, forms, updates, and needs.
- Develop and implement ideas to consistently improve the patient experience.
- Maintains open lines of communication with both internal and external customers and suppliers in order to generate trust and build long-term business relationships.
- Plans and prepares the daily use of resources to ensure a reliable and effective operation.
- To increase the effectiveness of the work flow, evaluate office productivity, make changes to procedures, or come up with new ideas.
Skills:
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment requires excellent interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and supervision skills must be demonstrated.
- Must be able to operate independently while exercising discretion.
- There is a preference for one year of office experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
