Job Description
We want a business manager with excellent presentation skills who speaks English effectively. You need to be a self-driven, assured, and expressive achiever. For the purpose of determining the appropriate course of action, you will speak with prospective customers personally. You’ll be required to locate possible new clients, assist in developing proposals for them, and then present to them.

Qualifications:
- gives supervisors and managers responsibility and authority to do things.
- supervises workers, stimulates people, and fosters a collaborative environment in order to direct the department’s efforts
- Oversees all human resources functions. Staff work is directed and reviewed, and general functions are supported.
- makes suggestions after analyzing the department’s potential future staffing requirements.
- In charge of overseeing Real Estate, Payroll/Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Production/Logistics Operations.
- Spending on things like salaries, utilities, and new equipment all need to be closely tracked and managed as part of the department’s overall budget.
- Uses the company’s guidelines in practice. Adapts its approach to a task based on a variety of possible options. Sets procedures, schedules, and expectations for work, among other things.
- finds out where employees stand in terms of skill and encourages them to get more training so they may improve.
- Identify possibilities for process improvement to drive business success (i.e. cost reductions, operational efficiencies, adequate controls, etc.).
- creates, establishes, and puts operational policies and procedural standards into practice.
Skills:
- an undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a comparable discipline Direct management and purchasing experience spanning 5 years is necessary.
- Possessing expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including extensive knowledge of how to use Excel, Access, and other features to do challenging tasks.
- High level of competence and attention to detail in assigned function.
- Take responsibility for making sure your functional teams are adhering to processes and producing results within your budget and schedule limits.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of providing excellent customer service, including how to determine the needs of a client, provide that need, and ensure the client is satisfied with the provided service.
