Consulting and software implementation services are offered to customers in the Residential, Commercial and Corporate real estate industries by the Implementation Consultant. Project management, business needs analysis, system setup, and user training and support are all aspects of this position. Most desirable are individuals who can demonstrate extensive expertise deploying industry-leading ERP solutions (such as MRI, Yardi, or RealPage).

Qualifications:
- Project stakeholders get weekly status briefings on project accomplishments, plans for the next week, and issues needing management and stakeholder attention.
- Plans and assigns tasks to resources to guarantee project completion on time and within budget.
- Look for customers who aren’t using the service enough and help them get back into the habit.
- Every implementation project must be performed in an organized, controlled manner that notifies the client of estimated completion deadlines for each step of the implementation.
- Customizing Company Solutions to meet the specific demands of the Client in order to create a solution that works successfully for each client, providing value and enhancing growth potential is an important component of the implementation process.
- Management and leadership of Client User Testing, recording and monitoring test results, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner, and ensuring that the setup is proper based on business and technical requirements.
- Work by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) from both within and outside the company has the goal of having an influence on many other processes and systems.
- Before deploying new processes, test new scripts, workflows, or other solutions. Project collaboration is necessary for more complicated account configurations.
- Explain the benefits of client tools and consultations, such as empowerment, communication, change management and technical advice.
- planning software projects, like figuring out what needs to be done, how much money and people are needed, setting deadlines, making communication plans, and deciding what kind of testing and maintenance will be done.
Skills:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management is essential.
- In collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (both internal and external), proposes alternative technical or business solutions and gives advice about the potential benefits and risks as well as the effects on other business processes and systems.
- Extensive project completion accountability; good information sharing abilities; limited senior management oversight.
- Bachelor’s degrees in business or related fields are desirable but not required.
- Make sure the configuration is correct based on business and technical needs. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading Client User Testing, documenting and tracking test results, and making sure problems are fixed in a timely manner.
