Job Description

Qualifications:
- Oversee and disseminate essential account information, including pricing and promotional program details, for manufacturing and hardware companies.
- Complete Monthly and quarterly Sales Opportunity reports and review any adjustments.
- Manage all before and post-tradeshow communication for Hardware and Industrial important accounts.
- Maintain open lines of communication between the Hardware and Industrial Key Accounts MRF and the marketing team.
- Get involved in sales team meetings when guidelines, goals, and new procedures are discussed and established.
- Inform people about the company’s sales practices.
- Learn about our current product lines so you can discuss the advantages and features they provide.
- Send monthly and weekly status updates on Hardware, Industrial, and end-user projects to all sales personnel.
- Plan show orders for Hardware and Industrial Key clients in collaboration with the trade show and sales managers.
- Utilize a customer relationship management system to manage all end-user leads that are received from sales events and expos.
Skills:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in manufacturing sales, estimating, order entry, or engineering.
- strong interpersonal, organizational, organizational, and communication abilities.
- demonstrates the highest sensitivity while handling private information and pays close attention to the demands of the client.
- Excellent knowledge of computers, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- At least three to five years’ worth of sales support experience is required.
