Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team as part of our efforts to grow. Every day, all calls from clients, leads, and vendors must be routed through and answered “live” by this individual. The sales team may also receive administrative support from the sales support administrator as needed.

  • helping the branch manager keep track of inventory by sorting serial numbers into appropriate categories for used and new machines and accessories.
  • Providing administrative support to the Office by executing projects assigned by the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or another member of management.
  • drafting and updating tables and reports, as well as faxing, scanning, and retrieving documents.
  • If a sales representative asks for help, you should be able to meet their needs in terms of marketing, advertising, and corporate technology.
  • As the face of the company, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, I.A.S.R.s, vendors, and anyone else who interacts with the company.
  • presents, plans events, and performs other tasks as assigned to provide general administrative support to business executives.
  • Help with marketing and social media so that sales reps may focus on growing their businesses.
  • Extends a warm greeting to visitors and provides prospective workers with necessary documents in a timely fashion.
  • supports the sales team by managing events, delivering critical metric reports, tracking orders (credit), and providing training.
  • Place orders for company supplies like name tags, business cards, zip forms, digital ink, and other office applications.


  • excellent verbal and written communication skills and a knack for building and maintaining positive relationships with others.
  • Possessing the skill to effectively communicate with internal and external clients is essential at every level of an organization.
  • Social media programs such Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as company websites, are mastered.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks and focusing on customer service for at least 2 years’ worth of experience in the workplace
  • abilities to juggle multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and quickly adjust to new situations are all essential in the corporate world.
