The Retention Specialist collaborates on customer retention initiatives to improve loyalty and business. This function requires analyzing customer comments and account data and negotiating with customers.

  • People must know and follow safe work practices, corporate safety policies and procedures, and safety laws and regulations when carrying out their responsibilities, activities, or tasks. Supervisors need to know about unsafe work conditions.
  • Check the retention requests against the cases that were received to ensure that everything is in order and that everything was successfully communicated, and make sure that all of the cases that were received are documented and arranged. Retrieve the case notes as directed by the Field team.
  • Employees must carry out their duties honestly, ethically and professionally in compliance with the norms of the company and its guidelines. A business representative or supervisor should be consulted when employees are unclear about corporate rules and procedures.
  • Employees are held responsible for completing their tasks successfully. Job performance criteria may be recorded individually, and they can include functions, goals, responsibilities, or activities that are not directly specified here.
  • Provides prospective and current technical college students with information on state and federal financial aid, registration, career options, program choice or change, educational requirements, college policies and procedures, state policies, etc., throughout the student’s academic career.
  • Plans events and workshops to keep new and current at-risk students in school, Helps design and implement innovation intervention strategies to help students stay in school and keep going until they graduate;
  • For cancellation requests or rate reviews, provide phone and email assistance. The primary responsibility of this position is to place outbound phone calls to clients.
  • Immediately open all parcels and check that the contents match the accompanying manifest. Immediately offer feedback about the arrival of the delivery and follow up on any differences that were found.
  • As long as they don’t conflict with any of the above duties, all assigned obligations and tasks are included in what we call “fundamentals.”

  • In order to have a complete grasp of the laws and regulations that govern federal security clearance background investigations, it is necessary to have knowledge of the procedure of the Federal Background Investigation.
  • Confidentiality is a must while handling consumer data.. The candidate must be self-motivated and results-driven, as shown by their previous work..
  • College degree in sales, marketing, or business is desired, but not essential. 1-3 years of effective sales experience is required; in addition, previous B2B sales/service expertise in the telecoms sector is highly desirable.
  • Keep customers by solving problems well and coming up with new ways to do things. Customers can be saved if you know and use the approved ways to solve problems.
  • Requested call-back lists may be used by the CSC or other departments to reach customers. Before launching a company, educate yourself on topics such as operating systems, service programs, and pest control methods.
