- Serve meals that doesn’t take a lot of preparation time to customers who place orders, Waitresses and waitresses at tables and counters should serve the customer from the steam table.
- Prepare and serve soft beverages and ice cream meals, such as ice cream sundaes, malted milks, sodas, and fruitades, using formulae and procedures remembered or by following instructions.
- Scan products to guarantee accurate pricing or to resolve quantity disputes; accept payment in cash, credit card, check, or gift card and process appropriately.
- Fill the register with the correct amount and give the client accurate change. In line with established procedures, account for all cash, charge, and supplemental purchases. Maintain financial responsibility and controls.
- Be educated and passionate about the menu and goods of the restaurant, Assist in the training of new employees by positively praising effective performance and providing support as required.
- Processes Guest orders at the register, serves drinks, answers inquiries about the menu, and maintains the cleanliness of the front counter area.
- Proactively talk to management about both good and bad things that might affect the business of the restaurant.
- Utilize the expertise of the dining room, service, and culinary teams to keep tabs on orders and expenses. Customers should be given paperwork and receipts, and any necessary change should be provided to them.
- Ascertains and adheres to the proper procedures for preparing, serving, and presenting sauces Excellent menu knowledge, including recipes, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Serves meals to customers, walks around the dining area looking for service opportunities, pre-busses and busses tables, and welcomes customers as they enter the restaurant, wait in line, or leave the establishment.
- Having the ability to work a variety of hours throughout the week – including weekends and holidays. According to business demands, the days and hours of the scheduled appointments may be changed. Fast-paced working environment is required for this position

- The individual must be able to stand for up to eight hours, bend at least 45 degrees, see, hear, and converse.
- Minimum age of 18 years old, must be able to accurately count money and make change, and must be able to read and write. Required skills in the English language include being able to read, write legibly, comprehend, and communicate the language.
