Full-Time Research Assistant – Night Shift – Indore
Job Description
The research assistant is responsible for conducting literature searches, managing data, recruiting participants, obtaining consents, maintaining records, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining data collection records, assisting with data analysis, and producing correspondence, reports, and graphics. The research assistant will demonstrate communication, accountability, flexibility/adaptability, judgment/problem-solving, customer service, and core values while completing job-related duties.

Qualifications:
- Attending educational events such as seminars, workshops, and other continuing-education opportunities.
- Analysis of the degree of uncertainty associated with the baseline circumstances, the observational data, the parameter estimations, and the input data.
- Geospatial decision support system deployment of interactive geospatial applications (through serverless APIs).
- Carries out research tasks according to research guidelines, with broad supervision.
- Keeps all necessary records (databases, notebooks, records, etc.) in a timely manner and ensures their accuracy.
- taking a leading and active part in the creation of articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- As required, works in tandem with researchers and other support workers to guarantee timely, accurate work. Provides information in response to inquiries or finds solutions to issues including both simple and difficult tasks.
- Applications that require rapid responses can benefit from automated data processing and collection.
- Keeps an eye on stock levels of lab and other supplies to make sure there’s enough for ongoing projects. Guarantees the high standards of all materials used.
- The norms, regulations, and codes of the government and the university are strictly adhered to.

- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment, as well as excellent communication skills and meticulous organizational acumen.
