Job Description
A Quality Assurance Specialist is needed. Supervisory responsibilities may involve managing different facets of change control and documentation, including but not limited to document control, records management, local change control, and corporate change control. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that changes to processes, products, or systems have been appropriately evaluated and approved in order to maintain proper GMP control of validated systems as a part of the Quality unit.

Qualifications:
- Keep the lines of communication open and work out a compromise so everyone can agree.
- A person’s ability to correctly pinpoint the underlying causes of complicated issues is a requirement, and they must be able to suggest and implement the best remedies to prevent recurrence.
- Find the broken processes that are having an adverse effect on the client and report them.
- Document Quality Audit observations within the QA solution to document findings.
- Administers the local change control system, records management system, and/or documentation system.
- Conduct Quality Assurance audits as required by Department policy to maintain service and customer satisfaction targets.
- Demonstrate a high level of competence and familiarity with all of the company’s products and services.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancement by reporting on recurring problems with process noncompliance or technology shortfalls.
- In accordance with training or documented call handling policies/processes, identify activities that break policy or fail to safeguard the business, and escalate for managerial consideration of status changes for active personnel based on performance and/or conduct witnessed.
- Think outside the box and come up with original answers to old challenges.
Skills:
- having a degree, certification, or training devoted to delivering high-quality services (or equivalent work experience).
- showed the leadership abilities required to act as a catalyst for change amongst departments.
- at least five years of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- a knack for remaining cool under pressure and working efficiently.
- knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and the other MS suite systems.
