Job Description

As a member of the HR Business Partner team, the Corporate Recruiter works with HR Directors and hiring managers to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies that will attract and retain top-tier talent inside the business. In the case of a defined business group, a Corporate Recruiter will be in charge of the day-to-day operations and recruiting programs.

Qualifications:

  • Manage the whole recruitment process, from prospect research and cold and warm calling through evaluation and screening to assistance for candidates during the interview process and extending employment offers.
  • Become well-versed in the company’s operations and be able to articulate the company’s mission, vision, and core values to potential hires.
