The goal of the Regional Manager position is to grow the company’s customer base and sales in designated regions. Experience running a store or chain of stores while accepting responsibility for meeting goals is essential for this position. One of your responsibilities as a sales manager is to remotely oversee your team and ensure they are meeting or exceeding your profit targets. Qualifications:
- Identify and allocate resources to the development of important customers/drivers of key accounts within a given territory.
- By fostering excellent working connections at all levels, proactively meet the demands of your delivery partners.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance data analysis, reporting, incentive compensation programs, brand visibility, and customer involvement.
- Ensure that the quality management system procedures and processes are established and followed.
- Improve your organization’s ability to serve its customers by consulting with top management as you design new programs and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to make sure approved products get out to the public and/or get sustained promotion.
- Analyze previous partnerships for success while finding current skills and flexibility to allow for business growth.
- Work cross-functionally to increase the availability and visibility of your brand within key accounts.
- Develop a culture based on accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to achieving goals.
- To satisfy customer demands and expand the business, you must recruit, manage, and develop clinical specialists.
Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years’ worth of experience, with at least three of those years spent managing teams.
- Be able to work a variety of shifts and shift times, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- A successful track record in a senior sales role such as regional manager, area manager, or comparable.
- Being able to manage a complex situation before new possibilities or disasters arise.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment and other database applications
