As a creative director, you’ll be in charge of creating visual assets and content for all of our marketing communications, including lifestyle and product photography, motion graphics design, packaging, product drawings, layouts and other graphics and environmental design. Customer-centered design is your passion. You have the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems. As a member of a cross-functional team, you are adept at delivering successful marketing campaigns and product experiences. Finally, you are a leader who can encourage outstanding design thinking across the creative team and build a strong visual identity for our company.

Qualifications:
- Participated in the construction and growth of a visual asset library for use in various advertising, marketing, and product-related tasks.
- In this position, you’ll work with customers and colleagues to assist them understand how to address business issues while simultaneously fulfilling the needs of the brand. Direct contact with all the creative directors and strategists on our team is a benefit of working with us.
- Maintaining a thorough awareness of the company’s strategy and the brand’s objectives while working cooperatively with partners across the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate departments is part of this position’s remit.
- An important feature of any successful design process is having a designer who oversees and actively participates in all aspects of it from start to finish.
- You should have a distinct design point of view and a vision for the future, and you should be courageous in pursuing innovative design solutions and championing ambitious and boundary-pushing concepts.
- Work that inspires and motivates our Design team, as well as a model for other designers to follow, should be the focus of our proposals and projects.
- All of our touch points will continue to be influenced by our brand standards (such as typeface and material choices, color schemes) in the future.
- In the face of uncertainty, demonstrate courage and a desire to create order via creative inquiry. While juggling several projects, conceptualize and interact with creative directors on marketing concepts and experiences.
- Ensure that the efforts you lead go above and beyond their planned goals, and that they unearth additional opportunities inside the client’s company.
- In order to ensure that the creative idea is realized effectively, cooperate with strategy and creative teams, as well as product designers, motion designers, and production team and suppliers.
Skills:
- Interdisciplinary approach to design and visual solutions spanning digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and narratives are shown in this body of work.
- The ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of how creativity may be used to accomplish business goals while also adhering to and promoting brand standards for aesthetic and communication excellence.
- To work in every business, with any sort of client or customer, and from anywhere in the globe, with flexibility and confidence (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). In a position to help the team when needed by using the available tools
- Successful design-led conceptual and campaign experience; shown success working on integrated projects that involve digital, social, and/or new media; ability to think creatively and strategically.
- An eye for detail, excellent design sense, and a firm grasp of color, typography, composition, and artwork all combine to create a really outstanding product.
