Qualifications:
- creates, reviews, and updates facility rules and procedures that pertain to clinical services.
- talks about how money issues influence the delivery of care.
- Do administrative, supervisory, and leadership work for 10-12 hours per week.
- keeps a tight check on how well employees are following local, state, and HR regulations.
- supervises hiring, performance evaluations, and interviews, as well as enforcing disciplinary measures as per company policy.
- Identifies, facilitates and monitors clinical program operations that are culturally diverse.
- Each aspect of the clinical programming’s day-to-day operations is managed and controlled by a dedicated team.
- offers a resource for staff to turn to when questions or concerns arise from patients or staff members about cultural norms and practices.
- Clinical coaching, mentoring, direction, education, and support is given to behavioral health workers.
- Conducts monthly meetings to keep employees informed and solicit feedback on clinical programming in order to actively problem-solve any issues and implement successful solutions.
Skills:
- a deep familiarity with clinical treatment program management and personnel processes.
- a comprehension of the effects of cultural differences on tribe members and their communities.
- superior ability in both writing and speaking, especially in front of an audience.
- ability to assess treatment programs for efficacy and implement them in line with institution policies and state laws, rules, and regulations.
- A plus includes being able to operate standard office equipment and having experience with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, email, the internet, and other computer programs.
