  • Takes care of central phone calls and emails and sends them to the right project team member when needed.
  • Produce letters, organize files, schedule appointments, photocopy, fax, and coordinate travel arrangements for management team.
  • Projects get considerable administrative assistance, including word processing, photocopying, printing, faxing, and emailing, as well as purchase of project equipment.
  • Screens phone calls and access for high-level positions, determining whether persons need face-to-face meetings, which may be sent to other managers, or, if feasible, resolves the matter. Schedules and arranges appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements that are varied and complicated.
  • Maintains the Division Head’s calendar, writes and prepares correspondence, creates agendas, and assembles records.
  • This section may involve accounting, payroll preparation and review, information management and storage systems for personnel files, supply requisitioning, and other administrative duties.
  • Investigates, prioritizes and follows up on all incoming problems and concerns, including those of a sensitive nature. The ability to plan and execute a timely and effective reaction is essential.
  • Administrative Activities includes a wide range of responsibilities, including welcome and escorting guests and visitors, supporting colleagues who are utilizing facilities, running and maintaining services.
  • Initiates and supervises the adoption of standard correspondence protocols, such as those for overnight paper delivery.
  • Manage track of daily cash receipts, petty cash, files, personnel records, and other administrative paperwork in a timely and organized manner.


  • There is evidence of the capacity to handle sensitive material with discretion, flexibility, and the highest degree of client/customer care and response.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Consolidate databases and documents.
  • Good organisational abilities that demonstrate the capacity to accomplish and prioritize various activities while paying close attention to detail.
  • an associate’s degree in business administration or management
  • Understand and apply business and management ideas to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling and administration, production processes, and people and resource coordination.
