Job Description
The Account Director will collaborate closely with the relationship owner and the strategy team to ensure that our customers’ direct marketing fundraising plans are developed, created, and executed on schedule and within budget. Act as the point person for all client and supplier/partner communications throughout the duration of the program, from planning through billing.

Qualifications:
- To generate income, the incumbent is tasked with selling multi-media bundles that incorporate television, social media, print, digital, mobile, tablet, and live event programming.
- Use marketing and sales materials, such as graphic presentations, research reports, and data to support sales, to successfully convey the Company’s message to clients.
- Prospect and close deals with a high level of expertise in the mid-market as an individual sales contributor with extensive experience.
- Find prospects within the predetermined target verticals, interact with them, and move toward a successful close.
- Maintain open lines of communication with upper management by submitting timely and accurate business projections, estimates, and paperwork, and managing all aspects of the sales communication and negotiating process.
- Develop quarterly and annual strategies for expanding your business’s customer base and increasing your revenue.
- Keep key internal parties (equal partners, finance, marketing, etc.) updated on account status, proposal progress, staffing shifts, etc.
- Create, design, and develop alternative solution ideas that offer the client a glimpse of what is feasible.
- Cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with key advertising decision makers at both the agency and client level.
- To maximize sales efforts, collaborate with the Marketing Services team to develop and provide clients with innovative solutions.
Skills:
- Outside sales experience with connected platforms is preferred.
- To achieve goals, one must be results-driven, take the necessary actions, and own responsibility for any problems as they arise.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, including the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time while also ensuring accuracy of work via attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines, providing correct work, and sticking with projects until completion.
