Job Description

The Scheduling Coordinator will provide daily assistance to the Company’s worldwide scheduling strategy, as well as play an important part in the day-to-day auditing of schedules and data reconciliation procedures. This post will report to the Scheduling Manager.

  • execute critical spot-checks for other schedulers under the guidance of the Manager, Scheduling, and the Lead Scheduler.
  • To mention a few examples, this information includes, but isn’t limited to: patient records; lab results; imaging; blood tests; new patient letters; and other relevant data.
  • Field workers must disclose any abnormalities in their performance in the field to supervisors in order to ensure that they have an adequate amount of work to do.
  • Field personnel should be assigned to activities such as transportation, emergency work, and the rental of various pieces of equipment for usage while the teams are on the project site, according to the guidelines.
  • Routing service providers and other resources as efficiently as feasible is made possible by using electronic means of communication such as email, text messaging, and others throughout the day.
  • Adjust worker schedules on-the-fly when resources or business needs fluctuate during the day.
  • Recognize and assess critical paths and limits in order to determine the impact of modifications on the timeline and to provide suggestions for workarounds to mitigate such impacts.
  • Operations and HR should work together to track new hires in the field to ensure they have enough documentation and visibility.
  • It is important to incorporate measures such as productivity and utilization as well as the usage of other resources such as computers and printers in management reports.
  • Accurately answer incoming phone calls and email messages. Make outbound calls or emails to clients or interpreters to follow up on assignments, resolve cancellations or questions, or reschedule services for customers.


  • Work experience in a professional office setting is necessary; prior scheduling and coordination of client demands is desired.
  • Shows that they have the knowledge and skills to offer care based on physical, psychological, educational, and safety requirements.
  • Adaptability is being able to respond fast and pro-actively to new technologies and organizations that are always changing, as well as the ability to thrive in a time crunch, high-speed environment
  • The capacity to deal with a broad spectrum of people, including hospital managers, staff, and physicians.
  • Capability to take the initiative in searching for methods to improve or enhance the scheduling process, avert issues, or embrace chances to alleviate the logistical strain on field staff.
