Qualifications:
- Provide front desk service, such as welcoming customers and guests, politely answering phones, and taking detailed messages when necessary; ensure that all customer demands are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Assist in leading transaction teams with duties including locating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and producing investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments.
- Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to resolution.
- Produce client forms, reports, and communication per the firm’s Advisor’s instructions, as well as manage existing customer files.
- Traders utilize this method to handle the purchase and sale of equities and fixed-income securities.
- Make and manage client files to adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, and prepare reports and databases for file and record keeping.
- Client records should be shredded on a regular basis to ensure proper disposal of old or superfluous data.
- oversee the upkeep of all office supplies to guarantee that the practice’s equipment is in proper working order; notify the facilities manager of any problems. Maintain office supplies, making sure that needs like things for the break room are available at all times.
- Keep your contact database up-to-date so you can use it for reporting, scheduling, and monitoring your costs and marketing efforts.
- Create and cancel accounts, grant power of attorney and trading authorization as necessary, link life insurance and annuity accounts, finish client registrations, and promptly respond to and carry out client service requests.
Skills:
- Though a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, candidates with relevant job experience and/or college credits earned will also be considered.
- a track record of success in client management or customer service. This would entail locating client concerns or issues, offering, and starting efficient remedies.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or a closely connected discipline, such as billing, accounting, buying, mathematics, etc.
- Familiarity with Redtail, Orion, Morningstar, MoneyGuidePro, and Wells Fargo Advisors is highly desired.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently despite tight deadlines and a high volume of competing demands.
