Job Description
When it comes to managing product data, the Product Specialist is responsible for running reports, analyzing data, and providing information to the Product Managers and Category Management team. Back orders, discontinuances, product transitions, and replacements are all topics of discussion with the Distribution and Operations teams.

Qualifications:
- Takes part in product launch activities as a cross-functional team member. Managing SKU setup, price evaluation, ROI model construction, or giving marketing material input and feedback, delivering training and webinars, and making occasional customer presentations are all examples of possible responsibilities.
- In order to get a good picture of the market, competitors, customers, and distribution methods for a product, this person helps.
- Acquire, maintain, and grow your knowledge of relevant products, scope documents, and departmental policies and procedures in order to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Represent advertising solutions customers to internal teams charged with creating and prioritizing the product road map.
- People who work for the company should go where customers are so they can help them fix their products or start them up, and they should be able to help them do this quickly and accurately.
- Provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers with a high level of satisfaction and technical knowledge.
- We evaluate our product list monthly. Content from all KOBs is repetitive, out-of-date, and low-value.
- Ownership of issues from first customer contact through call resolution, which includes assisting with appropriate escalations and giving customer updates.
- Projects including manufacturer back orders, discontinuations, replacements, and product transitions are led by this person. Coordination and communication of the project plan with the Operations team.
- Product documentation that can be used both inside and outside of the company can help the company’s go-to-market strategy for mass solution adoption be a success.
Skills:
- Ability to work swiftly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in an online advertising capacity, as well as expertise with advertising goods and ad serving technologies
