Qualifications:
- As a member of the firm’s administrative operations team, I participate in projects and activities meant to enhance the quality of service provided to both internal and external clients.
- Maintains control over employees by keeping tabs on their schedules, time cards, and performance reviews.
- Responds to public questions about the branch’s policies, programs, and procedures; on occasion, this duty requires advocating a course of action to management in particular areas.
- maintain the building’s upkeep, operate as a liaison between tenants and regional property management, and coordinate efforts between tenants and other key building personnel.
- Manage all aspects of office operations, including the provision of support services by office workers, conference center personnel, and practice assistants (secretarial) (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- performs a wide variety of secretarial, administrative, record-keeping, accounting, file-reviewing, and support duties as needed.
- Plan and execute regular staff meetings and office events, such as client and company development events and charitable contributions.
- Keep the office safe from intruders and up to date with the firm’s legal business continuity obligations.
- Controlling communications, creating file systems, examining and approving supply requisitions, allocating and supervising clerical duties are all part of maintaining office services.
- Performs complex clerical tasks including typing correspondence and reports, processing forms, responding to inquiries, making referrals, and arranging meetings.
Skills:
- Leadership, communication, and organizational qualities befitting a senior position.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the aptitude to quickly acquire new technology tools.
- To qualify, you need to have worked as a manager for at least seven years in a professional services firm of medium or larger size.
