The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients and guests; therefore, they must be friendly and professional on the phone and in person. The Office Coordinator is expected to handle tasks quickly and efficiently while offering world-class customer service to clients and coworkers.

Salary : $ 37.29 per hour.

  • In order to guarantee that concerns are resolved, follow up on and communicate them with ownership and haste.
  • providing general maintenance and facilities services, as well as assisting with a variety of other administrative responsibilities, for the office/facility manager.
  • As the principal administrative support person, you would write letters, gather data for reports, keep track of customer and employee records, do errands, make PowerPoint presentations, faxes, voicemails, etc.
  • providing assistance with administrative duties such as typing, data entry, and mailing.
  • You should be polite, knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional when answering calls.
  • Take advantage of chances to tell colleagues of extended service hours to improve and/or expand the quality of treatment.
  • helping to schedule and change appointments while keeping track of the office calendar.
  • Establish a time and place for interviews. Potentially able to aid with candidate phone screenings.
  • Maintaining and using office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and mail machines.
  • Make visitors from out of town feel at home by offering suggestions and advise on nearby eateries and attractions.


  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience, or three years of related business experience, may be taken into consideration.
  • must be able to listen attentively and articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken forms.
  • You’ll need a lot of drive to succeed in this role, since you’ll need to be aware of the challenges you’ll face on a regular basis.
  • a minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment or providing customer support
  • have an innate grasp of technology and the cognitive ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
